Even better than the house selling for $50, I'm willing to bet myself that amazingly the essay winner never claims his prize, and the owner simply has no choice but to move back into the house that's now paid off with those application fees. I had that happen with two house rentals I tried for when I lived in Portland.<BR/><BR/>Of course, that's implying that anyone's going to play in the first place.
