Clint rolled out the welcome mat the other day and I wanted to say thanks!
I belive he and I have similar goals, but I also believe we have a few different interests, so I'm looking forward to see where we both go over the next few months.
I hope to add more individual listings, whether they are interesting architectural structures, bad flips, overpriced, or just worth pointing out.

I'm boycotting Clint's blog because he started doing moderator approval of posts. I urge others to do the same. Come here instead.
He's a bit of a control freak.
well, clint does allow an open format, so i'm not that surprised that he now has to moderate.
i have no intentions of moderating, as long as everyone plays nice and shares their toys.
but i'm also looking forward to lively discussion and debate.
Clint's blog (IMO) had little original info and was primarily a bunch of grouches venting off at each other.
Ian, I wish you the best. Portland needs a good bubble-blog with original research and content. Somebody honest with unrestricted access to the MLS and Recorder's Office is best, but I've yet to find such.
